DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIVAT APARTMENTS’ TYPOLOGY

Private apartments are arranged, furnished and equipped according to a personal choice of the apartment’s proprietor. They are usually placed in private houses wherein the owner lives too.

In addition to the number of rooms specified per each type of apartment, all of them have kitchen and bathroom, balcony or terrace, parking place for 1 car. Some apartments have living room, too.

Daily rent includes the supply of current, water, gas (where existing), kitchen utensils according to the number of persons, weekly changed bedding, final cleaning, tourist tax.
